NEEM SCHEME

NEEM (National Employability Enhancement Mission)-

We are a authorized Facililator for National Employability Enhancement Mission(NEEM) thru AICTE vide Authorization Letter No.F.No. 1-4116564651/SSF/NEEM/2019 dated December 2020.All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) with an objective to offer on-the-job practical training to enhance employability has made a Regulation called AICTE-National Employability Enhancement Mission (NEEM) Regulations 2013/2017 vide Gazette Notification dated 15th April 2013 of AICTE & Revised Gazette Notification dated 15th June 2017.

The objective of National Employability Enhancement Mission (NEEM) is to offer on the job practical training to enhance employability of a person, who are pursuing studies from higher educational institutes (bachelor or beyond) for developing their skills in order to enhance.

The trainees shall be considered as NEEM Trainees and we shall be hosting the On-the-Job Training. The main object is to enhance the employability of deprived youth and offer skill development programs in line with the National Skill Development Mission, Governmental Skill Initiatives and as per Industrial skill demands.

Implementation of NEEM -

  • We shall source and select Trainees - eligibility pursuing studies from higher educational institutes (bachelor or beyond).
  • The NEEM Trainees shall be under us and shall be paid stipend as per Minimum Wages.
  • The Trainees shall pursue On the Job Training for 3 years.
  • Company shall provide other allowance to trainee.
  • We shall monitor the Trainees at Company premises.
  • Uniforms/ Safety Shoes and any other safety equipment shall be provided by the Company.
  • Trainees shall be insured under Workmen Compensation Policy as per guidelines of NEEM.

NEEM TRAINEE

  • Eligibility Criteria
        Age Group - 18-35 yrs
        Qualification - Pursing/Not Pursing or Completed Graduation /Diploma
  • Training Period
        Minimum - 3 months
        Maximum - 36 months
  • Area of Operation - PAN India without any local Approvals.
  • Termination - Either party can terminate by giving a 30 Days prior notice.

INDUSTRY BENIFITS

  • This is not manpower contract hence the laws related to labour / employment are not applicable.
  • Existing trainees can be mobilize into NEEM Scheme to further enhance their skills.
  • Stipends (Minimum wages) paid do not attract any statutory deduction/payment obligation on the part of the industry .
  • It's not obligatory to continue trainees after completion of training period.
  • Termination of training by giving one month notice.
  • Saving in CTC compare to temporary manpower.
  • Trainees will not involve in any employee - employer relationship
  • SSF will take care of Sourcing , administration & stipend disbursement reducing burden on HR Dept.
